Calculation steps
Work through one step at a time or reveal the complete calculation. The steps use your current inputs.
How to calculate
Multiply each ingredient mass by its entered per-100-g label values, sum and divide by equal portions.
Batch nutrient=sum(ingredient grams × label value / 100); portion=batch / servings
Worked example
100 g oats at 380 kcal/100 g plus 200 g milk at 60 gives 500 entered-label kcal, or 250 kcal per each of two equal portions.
Assumptions and input details
Normalize every label to 100 g first. Values are supplied by you, with no ingredient database, retention factor, label-rounding correction or nutrition target. Finished mass affects concentration and portion mass only. This arithmetic is not a compliant nutrition-label generator.

Using this calculator
Can I enter my own problem?
Yes. Replace the example values with your own inputs. The result, calculation steps, tables and applicable diagrams update from those inputs. Blank or invalid values clear the result; example values are never silently substituted for missing inputs.
Are the results exact?
Results use floating-point arithmetic and displayed rounding. Read the formula, assumptions and any stated data precision before interpreting the result.
Is my input uploaded?
The calculation runs in your browser. No account, file upload or external AI service is required. Inputs are not saved between page reloads.
