Calculation steps

How to calculate
Derive delivered emails, then calculate each event count against its explicitly labelled delivered, opened or clicked-recipient denominator.
Delivered=sent−bounced; click-through=unique clickers/delivered; click-to-open=unique clickers/unique openers
Worked example
10000 sent minus 200 bounced gives 9800 delivered. 500 unique clickers gives about 5.102041% click-through; 500 clicks against 4000 tracked unique opens gives 12.5% click-to-open.
Assumptions and input details
Use unique-recipient counts and one consistent reporting window. Opens and clicks each cannot exceed delivered emails, but clickers need not be a subset of tracked openers because tracking pixels may be blocked. Privacy prefetching, bots and tracking settings affect interpretation. No email is sent and no email account or campaign data is accessed.

Using this calculator
Can I enter my own problem?
Yes. Replace the example values with your own inputs. The result, calculation steps, tables and applicable diagrams update from those inputs. Blank or invalid values clear the result; example values are never silently substituted for missing inputs.
Are the results exact?
Results use floating-point arithmetic and displayed rounding. Read the formula, assumptions and any stated data precision before interpreting the result.
Is my input uploaded?
The calculation runs in your browser. No account, file upload or external AI service is required. Inputs are not saved between page reloads.
