How to calculate
Sum engagement events and explicit post denominators for the aggregate rate, separately reporting the mean of defined per-post rates.
Aggregate event rate=100×Σ(likes+comments+shares+saves)/Σ(selected post denominator)
Worked example
120 interactions on reach 1000 and 240 on reach 2000 produce an aggregate event rate of 12%. The same 360 events over 4500 impressions produce 8%.
Assumptions and input details
Up to 100 posts. Counts are events, so one person can contribute multiple interactions and rates may exceed 100%. Reach is summed across posts without deduplicating people. Zero denominators are reported as undefined. Platform metric definitions and follower snapshots differ; no account is accessed, post analyzed or industry benchmark claimed.
Using this calculator
Can I enter my own problem?
Yes. Replace the example values with your own inputs. The result, calculation steps, tables and applicable diagrams update from those inputs. Blank or invalid values clear the result; example values are never silently substituted for missing inputs.
Are the results exact?
Results use floating-point arithmetic and displayed rounding. Read the formula, assumptions and any stated data precision before interpreting the result.
Is my input uploaded?
The calculation runs in your browser. No account, file upload or external AI service is required. Inputs are not saved between page reloads.
